"The goal of prayer is God!" Corey Russell
The purpose of the All Nations Prayer Room is to engage and exalt the presence of the living God in worship, intercession and meditation on the Word of God. We pray for various topics, 6 days each week, for 5 hours each morning.
The Prayer Room atmosphere is alive with worship and filled with peaceful expectation. Our God loves to touch our hearts as we purely focus on Him. The Prayer format is also non-intrusive. Guests are welcome to visit, come and go, participate, and/or simply sit quietly. Neither your arrival nor your departure are an interruption. We like to say, "If God doesn't show up, it is a really boring room." And He loves to "show up"... especially in our guests.
INTERCESSION
Everything in the Prayer Room is uniquely filled with music - even our prayers. Each morning we pray for designated topics and prayer requests. Sometimes we pray from an open microphone, and sometimes we pray in small groups. Guests are always free to participate, or not.
WORSHIP WITH THE WORD
Each morning we pray and sing from a specific portion of scripture. During this time, guests are invited to worship, meditate on the Word, journal and join us in intercession.
PRAYER STREAM
In addition to live prayer-sets, All Nations also employs the live, musical prayer-feed from The International House of Prayer Kansas City. These exhilarating prayer-sets are filled with the adoration of Jesus. They are also part of the single longest corporate prayer meeting the history of our nation. It has continued non-stop, since September, 1999!
